Yes — our decals are made from non-toxic, PVC-free fabric and are perfectly safe for children’s spaces.

Unlike thin vinyl stickers, our decals are made from high-quality fabric that’s reusable, easy to reposition, and designed to last. Plus, every design is proudly Australian-made

Absolutely — they can be removed, stored, and reapplied multiple times without losing stickiness.
Q5. Do you offer wallpaper as well as decals?
Yes — in addition to decals, we offer peel-and-stick wallpaper designed for larger wall coverage with the same safe, removable material.
Q1. How do I install your decals and wallpaper?
Simply peel, stick, and smooth. No glue, paste, or tools are needed, and you can reposition during setup until it’s just right
Q2. Can the decals be removed without damage?
Yes — our decals are designed to peel away cleanly from painted walls, leaving no sticky residue behind.
Q3. Can I reuse decals after removing them?
Absolutely — you can remove and reapply them multiple times. Just keep the backing sheet to store them safely when not in use.
Q4. How do I clean the decals?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, cleaning sprays, or abrasive cloths to preserve the adhesive and colours.
Q5. Will the decals stick to any surface?
Our decals work best on smooth, painted walls. They may not adhere properly to textured surfaces, brick, or rough plaster.
Q1. Do you ship across Australia?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide with fast, tracked delivery straight to your door.
Q2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.
Q3. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — at checkout you can choose express delivery for faster shipping times.
Q4. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q5. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within Australia only — but international shipping is on our roadmap for the future.
Q1. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.
Q2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition. Just contact us to start the process.
Q3. Do you offer refunds?
Yes — once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Q4. What if I received the wrong item?
If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll send the correct product right away at no extra cost.
Q5. Can I return custom orders?
Custom-printed designs are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
